About the Role

PixelMark Digital is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Kakkanad, Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads, with the ability to plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns for both Indian and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, engagement and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop effective audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Manage campaigns for both India and UAE markets.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements and ad copies.
• Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, algorithms and advertising trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Proven experience in running lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
• Experience handling campaigns for UAE and Indian audiences will be highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and conversion funnels.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Must be willing to work from our Kakkanad, Kochi office.
