🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

PixelMark Digital is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients
• Plan and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms
• Handle Social Media Ads Management (Meta Ads, boosting, targeting, optimization, performance tracking)
• Conduct and coordinate online client meetings (Local & International clients)
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable marketing strategies
• Generate creative ideas to improve both PixelMark Digital’s brand presence and client businesses
• Create monthly performance reports and customized reports as per client requirements
• Coordinate closely with designers and video editors for high-quality posters & video outputs
• Contribute ideas for reels, video shoots, and social media campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments when required
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
• Ability to confidently handle client meetings independently
• Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
• Knowledge of social media analytics & reporting tools
• Experience in managing paid ad campaigns
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Team coordination skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
• Experience working with international clients
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Understanding of video content strategy
